Tucker Carlson’s Epic Takedown of Rob Reiner on Trump-Russia

If you had to make a list of some of the celebrities that have been incredibly outspoken since Donald Trump became the President, Rob Reiner would undoubtedly be right at the top.

Son of Carl Reiner (director of the comedy classic “The Jerk,” among other films), Reiner himself rose to fame on a show depicting one of the most famous (albeit fictional) conservatives ever: Archie Bunker on “All in the Family.”

But to say that Reiner himself leans to the left of the spectrum is a little bit of an understatement.

Reiner took to Twitter recently to discuss his thoughts (and joy) on a series of recent indictments handed down by Robert Mueller in the Russia investigation. At roughly the same time, he also sat down with FOX News host Tucker Carlson to discuss his thoughts on the matter in greater detail.

Reiner and Carlson’s segment quickly became contentious, to say the least, hitting not only the Russia investigation but also other topics like Hollywood filmmakers censoring their films to appease Chinese audiences and to make as much money on foreign markets as possible.
