Did the FBI and Robert Mueller Entrap Michael Flynn?

Michael Flynn – the former National Security Advisor to President Trump – pled guilty in December 2017 to lying to the FBI about a conversation he had with the Russian ambassador to the United States. Although the conversation itself was completely legal, lying to the FBI about it was not. However, there’s now evidence that Robert Mueller and the FBI may have entrapped Michael Flynn.

Thanks to documents released during Flynn’s latest court hearing, we now know have more details about Michael Flynn’s discussion with former deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe. McCabe apparently called Michael Flynn and asked if he would be willing to speak with a couple of FBI agents about his encounter with the Russian ambassador. McCabe told Flynn that he didn’t need to have a lawyer present, and he failed to tell him that lying or even getting the facts wrong would lead to a criminal charge – one that Flynn was later forced to plea guilty to due largely to the fact that he could not afford a defense.

Now that the court is looking closer into this incident, though, there is a chance that the charges against Michael Flynn may be dropped. To learn more about how the FBI and Robert Mueller may have entrapped Flynn, be sure to check out the video below.
