Elizabeth Warren is Trying SO HARD to Recapture the Progressive Vote

Once upon a time, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren was the face of the Democratic Party’s progressive wing. Today, she is saying the most radical things that she can think of just to keep up with Bernie Sanders and Kamala Harris.

As readers will likely remember, Warren was predicted to be a serious presidential contender as early as her first Senate victory in 2012. She spearheaded the Democratic Party’s hard shift to the left throughout the Obama years, happily touting out the glories of universal healthcare and a blown-up welfare state. Today, she trails far behind the progressive rivals she indirectly helped to popularize.

So, Warren has a relevancy problem. She can’t compete with Kamala Harris’ intersectional identity — especially considering the fact that her claims of Native American heritage turned out to be total bogus. However, she can out-socialize Bernie Sanders — as crazy as that may seem.

This is perhaps the biggest reason why Warren is making the crazy proposals you’ll learn about in the video below. Whether or not it will work in once again making her a progressive darling is anyone’s guest.

Ben Shapiro has more below.
