Justin Trudeau is Making Canada’s Migrant Crisis Even Worse
Here in America, we have a president who is in power with mandate to strengthen security at the border and crack down on illegal immigration. In Canada, they have a prime minister who appears bent on doing precisely the opposite.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s migrant policies have been linked with making housing more expensive in Canada — although the leader seems to believe that investing in more public works will somehow reverse the trend. By constructing over 100,000 new housing units across the country, he says it will both drive prices down and help needy families.
The Rebel host and founder Ezra Levant took Trudeau’s plan to task in the video below. In it, Levant explains how his country’s prime minister is completely missing the point as to what drove these prices up in the first place. He also points out that, as housing prices have increased, average wages have also plummeted.
He traces all of this to the unseen effects of the country’s migrant policy.
