Poll: Hillary Clinton is Hurting the Democrats

As much as most of us would love to see Hillary Clinton disappear into the sunset, she might just be one of the best things the GOP has going for them.

Since the 2016 election, Clinton’s publicity tour where she travels across the world blaming everyone but herself for her election defeat has earned her no friends on either side of the aisle. Now, according to polling, Clinton’s favorability numbers have fallen to an abysmal 27%.

In spite of this, Hillary Clinton looks to continue to play a prominent role as one of the faces of the Democratic party heading into the 2018 midterms and beyond. Though it isn’t likely that Clinton will ever run for office again, she does continue to stump for Democratic candidates and promote liberal agendas. Given her polling numbers, most Republicans wouldn’t have it any other way.

There’s simply no denying that Clinton has been a virus ever since she stepped into the public spotlight. Now, even the majority of her own party is starting to recognize this fact. So long as Democrats continue to willingly choose to associate themselves with Clinton and all of the vitriol she has been spouting since her 2016 defeat, they may be in for a tough time come election season.
