Trump Campaign Looks Ahead to 2020

President Donald Trump has endured more political drama in just the first half of a single term than most presidents have in a full eight years. And we’re just getting started.

With the midterm elections looking more and more like a toss-up, there is reason to believe that the president is still gaining ground. It remains to be seen whether or not it will work as Democrats continue to perform very competitively in battleground states, but the Trump campaign is already looking at the bigger picture.

It’s still very early, but we have a decent idea of who Trump will have to contend with for his re-election. Senators Elizabeth Warren, Maxine Waters, Cory Booker, and others are making their own presidential aspirations very obvious, and even Hillary Clinton has signaled that she hasn’t ruled out a rematch of 2016.

Of course, this is a laughable list of candidates who have already alienated more than half the country — especially that last one. But, politics is an ever-evolving phenomenon, and the Trump campaign clearly understands this. There is no reason to get comfortable — not now, and certainly not in 2020.

Hear Trump’s campaign manager himself explain why they already putting a plan together in the video below.
