The left is pushing for the normalization of child pornography, and this is how we got here…
Back in the mid-1980s, left-wing Democrats knew that they were losing the fight for power against conservatives. The nation was flush with cash. The civil rights movement and second-wave feminism had been successful, so they didn’t have any grievance issues to push. They didn’t have anything on the middle class — no guilt issues to ply us with. America was winning. People were going to work, movies were fun, and drag queens were still funny.
That’s when the grievance professionals in the Democratic Party realized they needed a new grudge to hold. They decided to start pushing for gay rights again, but they knew they needed a new angle on the issue. They realized that gays needed to be as insoluble as a race so that they could make it the new civil rights issue. They decided to start telling us that gay is not a choice.
And they won that rhetorical battle. By and large, we now accept homosexuality as an immutable condition. Then they started to push for gay marriage. Many of us said if we let them cross that line, bestiality and pedophilia would be next.
They said we were crazy. They said we were bigots, and hateful. But we were right. They are now pushing for the normalization of pedophilia. If we don’t draw a line in the sand on this issue- we don’t deserve to have a country.
